Installation

- Install the upgrade package containing fcm and additional libraries
- Connect to FCM using SSH
	- Set up a valid IP-address and gateway in /etc/network/interfaces
	- Set up nameservers in /etc/resolv.conf
	- Configure visit_manager_jid, machine_jid and machine_pass in /etc/fcm.config
- Restart FCM
